Honored Martyr's Story
Aylar was a medical student who posted online, often about the plight of women and ethnic minorities. During the violent crackdowns at protests, she took refuge in a building under construction. Eventually, she was found by agents and, when confronted, police shoved her from the top of the building. As she was falling, an open rebar pierced through her abdomen, killing her.
