After a ceasefire was declared, missiles went off in both directions of the Nagorno-Karabakh border of Artsakh and Azerbaijan. There is no clear understanding of who broke the ceasefire but many civilians were killed and injured. Anahit took care of her son Misha, who had disabilities. On the evening of October 10, missiles struck their apartment, killing them.
