Honored Martyr's Story
As Nada rode a bus to University, her brother rode alongside the bus and shot at it, hitting Nada and two other women. In an act of remorse, he then picked up his sister and took her to the hospital. In reports after he was arrested, the Saudi press used this incident as a form of racism toward the Indian minorities living in Saudi. Reports of domestic violence, apart from those within discriminated minority groups, are not announced. Nada died at the hospital and her brother never made his intentions clear as to why he killed her.
