Honored Martyr's Story
Shirin was traveling from Isfahan north to Mazandaran region where many Iranians vacation and visit the sea and nature. She was a passenger while her husband drove and her son sat in the back seat. They came upon street protests and noticed shooting by police. Shirin started to take video of the protests and shootings on her phone. You can hear her and her son commenting, hoping the bullets would not hit the car. On the video, we hear a shot and the camera fall back, as Shirin collapsed after being targeted. Her seven year old son and husband witnessed her death.
